Siwarex MS must be mounted beside CPU , is there a standard for all family of Siwarex?

As you said , Siwarex MS must be mounted beside CPU , is there a standard for all family of siwarex? In a Project, there are a CPU314-f and 3 x DI32xDC24V and a DO32x24VDC/0.5A and 4 x Siwarex U.

We have lost 2 Siwarex u modules , eprom fault and internal error.
