chinese td 400 panel

Everithing on this panel is in asiatic font and have no clue in what menu i am. Is it possible to change firmaware? Or i have to find language setup?

However HMI shows something but it is all in chinese. All menu of HMI is in chinese and I have no clue where in menu I am. Is it possible to change its firmaware or something? I don't know what is the current VB address or PLC and HMI address because all is in chinese letters that look like bushes. best regards.
