Working and connecting solar panel to the RTU3030

The RTU is mostly in sleep mode and wakes up once a day to connect to the TCSB. A battery should be connected between the solar panel and the RTU's EXT terminals for use at night when the solar panel isn't generating power, or on cloudy days. Does Siemens offer a DC/DC regulator for DIN rail use, or does anyone have more information? Thanks

Without knowing the voltage of your solar system with battery, it is difficult to make a recommendation. However, Siemens Sales or Siemens Specialist Advice can help you choose the right product.
