Sunrise Sunset PPCL - calculations using Excel and something isn't working

(I did make sure to convert to/from radians/degrees in Excel formulas, and the intermediate values calculate the same.) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Sunrise Sunset PPCL.
