During a project transfer to the HMI MP377 12" Touch, the power supply was interrupted. After this power outage, the HMI is stuck on the initial startup screen and does not respond to any communication attempts.

I have tried the following steps without success:

• Communication via ProSave (Ethernet) – No response
• Communication via WinCC Flexible – No response
• Tried restoring a backup image – Transfer does not start
• Ping to the HMI's IP address – No response

The HMI remains on a blank or frozen screen and does not enter transfer mode. It appears to be completely unresponsive, as if the operating system is corrupted or the device is “bricked.”

I would like to know:

1. Is there a way to force recovery or reinstallation of the operating system (OS) via SD card or USB?
2. Where can I obtain the official firmware image for this specific model: 6AV6644-0AA01-2AX0?
3. Is there any other method to revive the panel without sending it to repair?
