installed SICAM PAS V7.01, RUNTIME ENVIRONMENT INCOMPLETE

Vaibhav Swaroop S... Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Sir. I have recently installed SICAM PAS V7.01 After successful installation i restared my PC. After Restart when i am trying to open UI configuration---it is showing RUNTIME ENVIRONMENT INCOMPLETE. Please tell me how to overcome this problem. samedsayan Advanced Member Joined: 11/23/2013 Last visit: 12/4/2024 Posts: 2 Rating: (2)	Hi Vaibhav; You have to present a valid Ethenet card for PAS V7. 1-Give a IP adress for your ethernet port 2-Connect to the switch 3-Write your IP on Host file 4-Run MediaSenseChkUI.exe and set you ethernet card 5-Restart PowerCC IPC deamon service It should work after this steps. Please and and let me know;
