I believe this increases the essence of the word COMMUNITY which we are having here. It happened before with J_Bell, Daniel Chartier and UMENCHO. I can't catch up with all conferences since some if not most of them are out of my interestbit I'm sure thateach conferencehas good members who we should congratulate on their achievements from time to time. So, I wish if members or moderators notice these achievements and open chances for members to thank those special active members. Now, I think we should congratulate our golden member Areton posting 1000 valuable posts. If I may steel the term post quality from Dariusthen according to your posts quality you are one of the best members here in this forum (Regardless ofcurrent campaign results) Aret, keep going on and keep helping people. And thaks to H-H forpointing it out for all to see. He has actually demonstrated the opposite of his own earlier post: moderators do not have to be involved in more than moderation of the threads; thanks should and always will come from the members. In the past weeks we have seen many discussions on the forum about the way the present campaign was evolving; new terminology has been introduced, such as "flooding", that seem to indicate that we have changed our perspective from one of unselfish help to one of competition, prizes and certificates. I for one am glad to see the interest mount during a campaign, new participants and interventions and questions I have not seen before; but the competitive aspect of this articular campaign is making me uneasy at times. So it is reassuring to see that people like our friend Aretare still there, he quietly bringing his knowledge and experience to give his best answers to anyone who will request it, as he has done for so much time now. And he has shown that he will still be there once the competition is over, not expecting anything else than thanks from other members when he has given a particularly pointed solution to someone's problem. Aret Posts: 2348 Rating: (265)	Thanks, gyus, it's really nice to have such a feedback :^)) To be honest, i didn't notice this fact)) I can only agree, that community build up here consisits of people, willing to help others without any prizes etc. and it's very interesting just to talk or discuss something. As for campaigns - they intend members to be more active and thats very good, regardless of how usefull their posts are - just take it easy :^) Prizes are valuable not by itself, but cause it's a PRIZE :^)

I have learned more from you and also from others and think that the real award is to learn from others and also to learn the others. This is the target of this forum. So the target is not to collect premium points and to take placing in the compaign.And what after the compagin? So Aret one of those people that helped members out of compagn and we are all here to say to him Thank you and keep it up. As Moderator said Siemens Forum members now is near to 50,000 members and Also the number of posts in English is near 100,000 post. It's really great.
