TIA Portal License Error

EDIT1: I 've installed Automation License Manager 6.2 SP4 and Still have the problem T_T EDIT2: I unistalled ALM and Installed again and still getting same STEP 7 Basic license error. I was using TIA Portal V19 past week and before withou problems, but today in a exiting project, I tried to open OB1 and I got an error window: The Licensing of Step7 Basic could not be completely Finished because an internal error ocurred in the automation License Manager. I read in a forum to install the update 4, So I downloaded the update and I installed the update 4 on my computer. I tried to open OB1 on an existing project and I got another error window: License 'STEP 7 Basic' was not found. I have installed TIA Portal V19 Update 4 with Step 7 Professional and also the license is for Step7 Profressional. What it is going on?

Install that. Should fix the problem. A recent windows update probably installed since the last time you had no problems with TIA Portal V19. Rosem Hello. I think the green checkbox means the license has checked out OK. In that case, try launching TIA Portal "as administrator" and see if it is able to use that license. However, at this point, it might be worth contacting Siemens Support and ask for help getting your license to work as required. My concern is that I did'nt modify nothing about Siemens software or license from friday to today Monday morning when I got the error. I contated IT of the company I work, the only difference is the Window Update just before I turned off the computer friday afternoon. Worst thing that happened for me is I get a nag screen about needing the license every so often. Once I setup a network license server, that nag screen problem went away. Hati Remove the expired trial license and try again.
