It depends on which HMI system you use in TIA Portal, there are several options.

which HMI device, Panel or Version do you use exactly?

Does the SCADA System have also a connection to the same S71200 PLC?

do you use descrete alarms or Program_alarm PLC Alarms?

In this case just use the same alarm trigger bits for the descrete alarms from the Basic panel also in your SCADA System. so you have to program these HMI alarms also in the SCADA System to get them on this side.

I see no way to send the alarms from the Basic panel to the SCADA System.
