I have project with ET200SP PLC and MTP1000.

I have configured program alarms and those are working correctly when testing with simulator but not with actual HMI hardware. Any ideas what could be problem?

Did you do it with Program_Alarm block in PLC?

Things start to be more strange. I have similar setup onsite what I have in office and program alarms and diagnostic alarms are working. First I think problem may be runtime version, but not. I have latest (16.0.0.5) on my test setup in office and onsite was older version. I updated runtime onsite and alarms working still. I have same software on PLC and HMI in test setup and onsite.

I have V16 upd4 installed and HMI has latest runtime (16.0.0.5). I usually do rebuild all every time before download, not helping.

Not working mean I don't get any alarms to HMI. With simulator and other hardware (same model) I get alarms with same apllication.

what you means with "not work correctly"? 

Do you have installed the up4 for V16?

Do you have compiled your software with rebuild all option before the download? 

How is the HMI image version? 16.0.5?

I use program alarm block inside of function blocks. I have own standard function blocks for alarm generation which I used successfully more than 20 projects with Advanced RT. It is weird that alarms are working with simulator and with different MTP1000.

Hi,

When I disabled alarm buffer from control panel I get program alarms and diagnostic alarms normally. That's weird, alarm buffer was enabled on both HMIs.
