Can i just confirm that the right way to reference logging tags is:

let logTagSet = HMIRuntime.TagLogging.CreateLoggedTagSet(["Data_log_1:Top_Plate_Temp", "Data_log_1:Bottom Plate Temp"]);

Where Data_log_1 is the name of the data log and Top_Plate_Temp/Bottom Plate Temp is the name given in the tag logging section.

I'm currently doing deep archiving tests with an MTP1000 Unified, and I developed a script completely different from the one Siemens offers. Inside it, I transform my timestamps using the following function. As a parameter, you put the timestamp you want to format.

Maybe it will help you.

 let date = new Date(ts);
 let hours = String(date.getHours()).padStart(2, "0");
 let minutes = String(date.getMinutes()).padStart(2, "0");
 let seconds = String(date.getSeconds()).padStart(2, "0");
 let year = date.getFullYear();
 let month = String(date.getMonth() + 1).padStart(2, "0");
 let day = String(date.getDate()).padStart(2, "0");

 return `${day}/${month}/${year}  ${hours}:${minutes}:${seconds}`;

You're right with this reference way. 

You have to refere to this format : “HMI_name_variable:Tag_logging_section_name”

There is an exemple : 

    let logTagSet = HMIRuntime.TagLogging.CreateLoggedTagSet([
