J'utilise une CPU ET200SP avec deux axes Sinamics S210 version 6.3 HF5.  T.O positionning + synchronous. Tout fonctionnait correctement et suite  l'arrêt du processeur il semblerait que le codeur cyclic absolu de l'axe synchronous ait perdu ses références. 

J'ai dans la Technologique objet passé le codeur en incremental puis retour en absolu comme indiqué à la page 166 du manuel. désormais nous avons dans la diagnostic nous avons indiqué en setpoint une valeur de 8314 mm et dans la current Position la valeur 8314mm sauf que le Profidrive telegram  105 indique la valeur 1907mm (valeur retrouvée dans le drive). 

Le problème est que nous ne pouvons pas activer l'axe pour exécuter un MC_ HOME.

 A chaque tentative j'obtiens l'Alarm 421 : Logical address faulty . Dans les PLC TAG constant parameter je ne vois effectivement pas l'adresse concernée. 

Quelqu'un aurait il déjà rencontré ce problème ? je reste ouvert à tout complément. Avec mes remerciements. Edgard

I am using an ET200SP CPU with two Sinamics S210 drives, version 6.3 HF5. The application uses T.O positioning + synchronous control. Everything was working correctly, but after a CPU shutdown, it seems that the absolute cyclic encoder of the synchronous axis lost its reference.

I changed the encoder to incremental mode and then back to absolute mode in the Technology Object, as described on page 166 of the manual. Now, in the diagnostics, the setpoint shows a value of 8314 mm and the current position also shows 8314 mm, but the Profidrive telegram 105 indicates a value of 1907 mm (the value found in the drive).

The problem is that we cannot enable the axis to execute an MC_HOME command.

Each time I try, I get Alarm 421: Logical address faulty. In the PLC TAG constant parameters, I don't see the relevant address.

Has anyone encountered this problem before? I am open to any suggestions.

Thanks for your reply. As I Said I use 3 sinamics s210 with et 200 sp CPU.

One the axe don’t work anymore. I could not enabled it . First I thouth it was an encoder problem so I reset as describe in the manuel axe function sheet 166. 

but i still have an issue with alarm in the joint picture. When I set p2175 to zéro i could enable axe but still don’t love at all. And when I set p2175 to 210000 I have got alarme automatically.

I  need some help.

it seems you are working with controlpanel of the drive and with TO at the same time looking at your screenshots provided, maybe this has a influence that the drive shows switching on inhibited? 
Since the alarm 421 shows “No drive control requested.” it seems that the drive signaling the TO not to be ready maybe caused by “switching on inhibited” ?
