What if you change the Gain value from the CFC view, is the value displayed correctly? Check the status of the gain, it should be 16#80.

Have you tested if it makes a difference, if you generate a symbol for the PID and change the parameter from the direct popup window?

I'm not able to reproduce but I only had a 9.1SP1 handy at the moment for runtime.  It's working fine there, so its either hyper specific to 9.1 SP2 runtime issue which doesn't show from PDL config, or its a different issue.  Are you using 9.1 SP2 APL library or an older one in the compat table?

One thing I'm thinking of is the inherited permissions and data format don't match between MotL and PIDConL faceplate when derived from block icon since those are passed parameters for many APL entry boxes. 

Are the MotL block icon and/or PIDConL faceplate standard or customized?   example, Have you changed the AnalogValueFormat1-4?  9.1SP1 & SP2 default faceplate only applies Format 1 & 3 to Deadband and Control Zone.  Have you customized it to use format for also Gain?

The problem still continues.

I don't use the old library. I created a new test project and the result is the same in the latest library.

MotL and PIDConL are the standard faceplate. I didn't do any customization. I didn't play with AnalogValuformat values. The format was created by PCS7.

(Note:I downloaded the installation file of the program from the OSD where my licenses are located.)
