Dear Expert,

We have PCS7 Multiproject with 3 AS CPU410E Redundant named AS_A, AS_B and AS_C to control 3 units incinerator system. The hardware configuration and program are identical.

On each system there are some thermocouple to monitor the process temperature and we are using Pcs7AITC channel driver block to read the temperature value via Analog Input (AI) module AI16 x TC/8xRTD HA V1.1 6DL1134-6JH00-0PH1. On AS_B and AS_C the temperature is read normally with QBAD=0 but on AS_A the temperature is readable with QBAD=1. We have tried to inject the AI channel of AS_A using Thermocouple simulator we got the same result.  We attach some screenshot for detail condition.

Please advice to get the solution for this matter.
