The update version of the Energy Suite must not be higher than the update version of STEP 7 or WinCC. Examples*: STEP7 V19 Update 4, WinCC V19 Update 4, Energy Suite V19 Update 4 → OK STEP7 V19 Update 4, WinCC V19 Update 4, Energy Suite V19 Update 2 →OK, but Energy Suite is not up to date STEP7 V19 Update 2, WinCC V19 Update 2, Energy Suite V19 Update 4 → Notht OK The update can only be installed if SIMATIC Energy Suite V19 has already been installed. After each installation of Energy Suite V19, the latest update needs to be installed.
