Hi Elkelthen, I assume you've read the section in the manual about how to handle situations where the system is "partly running." A "partly running" state generally indicates that some of the necessary processes were unable to start. When using the Trace Viewer, restart the runtime while the Trace Viewer is open and filter for the WCCILpmon process. This process handles all the others. If a process is unable to start or is restarting too frequently, this information will be visible in the logs. Once the problematic process has been identified, adjust the filtering to focus on it in order to obtain more information about the failure. However, interpreting the trace logs requires an in-depth understanding of the processes, so developer assistance is often necessary. Therefore, submitting a support request is a better way to analyze the problem. If the trend control is configured to display logged data, I would expect the WinCC TagLogging (WCCILtlg) process to have failed upon startup. Kind regards |
