almostafa Posts: 22 Rating: (1)	Dear Expert I have CPU 6ES7 313C-6CF03-0AB0 . I am just made simple hardware configuration using only this cpu . While I download the configuration I got this message " The system data can't be loadedto module CPU 313C-2DP [R0/S2] of station simatic 300" In the details I have nessages 1- The block/OP.SYS.update is too largeMessage 33:279 2- Cannot load SDB4 The help of message 33:279 advice to use memory card . does mean that I can't use this CPU without memory card ? If yes ,what is the sutible part NO. of memory card for this CPU ? thank you in advance Mostafa

You need MMC because this type of CPU has

Memory

integrated 64Kibyte; For program and data

expandable No

Load memory

pluggable (MMC) Yes

pluggable (MMC), max. 8Mbyte

Data management on MMC (after last programming), min. 10a

About memery card look at Which memory cards can you use with a S7-300 CPU?
And take a look at How can you determine the size of the load memory and main memory of a SIMATIC S7-300/400 CPU?
