Hello fellow engineers, I'm currently working on a project where a S7-412-2 PCI is being replaced by a S7-1511-1 PN, and needs a migration. So far so good the software is converted, but the hardware is a tricky situation. There are 3 remote IO stations, 2 ET200S IM151-1 and 1 ET200M 153-1. I've found the GSD-files for these pieces of hardware on the following links: IM151-1: IM153-1: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/document/113498/profibus-gsd-files-et-200m?dti=0&lc=en-KZ My problem: I've added multiple modules into the remote IO stations, and these modules are not working like they should. A 2 digital input module has a byte as unit and uses the whole byte as adress. I also cannot edit the "IO Tags" on this module. Is it not working properly or am i not aware of something? Kind regards, Thom van Empelen |

Hi Thom.vEmpelen, if you want to group up to 4 of those 2DI modules to one byte, please read "How can you group together the address area of the ET 200S (pack addresses)?". Kind regards |
