I am working on a machine that contains 12 motors connecting together turns with a synchronized manner driven by VFDs Micromatster and following setpoints given by PLC S7-400 with a profibus communication 

We have changed a VFD number 9 with a Sinamics G120 (CU 250 S-DP) and its working so well until 5 min there is a message appears in HMI that its say that  a big torque between our motor and the next motors(our motor 9 and next motor 10) and cause stopping the machine  

we have entered in detail and we have found that the torque of our moror is too low compared with other.

the torque value returns to plc in form of status words and works whith it,

how possible to change the value of torque in order to make it an acceptable value to the plc programs 

This is difficult to decide what the mechanism is?

When you replaced drive number 9 by G120, have you entered correct motor data? In G120 please check which torque value is transmitted to PLC. Is it referenced to motor nominal torque value or smoothed actual torque value is transmitted. Please compare this point with MM440 torque value.

When you replaced drive number 9 by G120, have you entered correct motor data? In G120 please check which torque value is transmitted to PLC. Is it referenced to motor nominal torque value or smoothed actual torque value is transmitted. Please compare this point with MM440 torque value.

the value transmitted to PLC is actual torque value (unsmoohed)

please explain me more about how it could be referanced to torque nominal value

Please check the value set in p2003. This value = 100% torque value i.e. 4000 HEX (WORD) or 4000 0000 (DWORD) torque value, e.g. when user want to transfer actual torque r0079 it is converted in percentage of p2003 referenced value & output/transferred according to parameterized scaling.

Thank you for these useful information, please just confirm me that formula if it is true or false:

I have p2003 : 216.00 Nm

    and r0079 :  50 Nm

is that the torque converted in perentage equal this formula:  50*100/216

which is equal  23,14 %

IS THAT TRUE PLEASE CONFIRME ME
