I have the same problem. I've configured the axis as shown in the example, but I'm still getting

MC Alarm 421.

I've configured PTO module to act as Pulse/Direction.

Can somebody help please?

Split from 1511C- 1pn unable to configure PTO .

I apologize for double posting. I had some network issues and didn't see the second post.

I figured it out:

turns out that a power supply was missing on the integrated board PTO outputs. I didn't see that one of the wires into the push-in terminal was not fully inserted.

Now everything it's working ok based on the example from this thread:
