The product will hit a multiplier plate and flow. A load cell is connected to this plate. I will keep the flow constant at the desired value by checking the signal I receive from here by comparing it with the control value. I do not use digital input for speed information. Control signal can be analog or digital. Excuse me for my English. Best Regards.

Pay attention, that you receive only the current flow from the WP241 into your PLC. The WP241 module has no PID-controller, and can NOT control something (a frequency converter, …). But what is your problem now: Do you need help with the parameters in the WP241, or do you have another problem? I look forward to hearing from you. Best regards Siwarexi

I connected the analog output to flowrate mode. Thus, since there is no speed information, I can perform the weight information as flow control. I run WP241 modules without using a PLC, how many can I use at most. Because I will use a PLC for precise control. When the system gives the start command, the weighing process starts. Only in this case I will have to invert the analog output, because in this case the analog signal remains at 4 mA. In this case, the product input will remain closed. I continue the tests.
