Dear experts

I get the 30006 BLM fault with my device 6GY 7288-1A38-2DA1

On the TCB the third LED is on, meaning an overvoltage on the TCB

The CIM has been change, still deliver 24dc to the TCB

The circuit has been check and everything is seems fine

The brake resistors are good (02 brake unit with 03ohm each)

However I notice that the resistors are very very hot even when the engine run for a short period of time (less than 10min) I don't know if it's normal

please any idea of what else i can do to resolve this situation ?

An overvoltage usually accurs when the deceleration time is too short or a motor is running in regenerative mode. Make sure that the braking resitors are in good condition and that its selected correctly. And what mode is the motor in?
