HSC problem

Check the associated dig input hardware configuration in the input filtering section.  Make sure each HSC's associate DI is set to the fastest input (smallest time).  While offline, compile and download the hardware config changes.

What is unique about that 1 flowmeter?  Is it typically measuring a faster flow rate, so the pulse rate is faster?

I need your help about a problem.

The readout of HSC input with 1 S7-1215C has troubles.

As you can see in this short video, the HSC input readout increase with a big step at the end without reason, there is no disturbance on the input.

I have 5 flowmeter connected to this PLC and only the first one has problem.

Do you know where I did a mistake ?

Is the problem can be link to use the %I0.0 for the flowmeter and I used the MB0 clock in the program ?

Any answering would be guessing. The accuracy of the guessing increases as we get more information like a sample program. It is not clear why MB0 is even mentioned -- how does this have an influence on the HSC.

Keeping an eye on the filtering is a good idea, as Mr. 0_Einstein guessed (read: educated guess). Filtering could be very aggressive which filter out high frequency by have no influence as the pulse frequency decreases. Set the filter time of I0.0 as low as possible.

The behaviour looks like a "zeroing" of the HSC at some non-zero number. This is possible via the HSC instruction in the code or via the hardware configuration.

As a sanity test, create a new project where only the one HSC is used. Have a look at the behaviour. Be sure to set the filtering time to as small possible (at first).
