Hi Guys 
I have been reading back and forward, up and down in most of all the posts here regarding rs485 connection to MM440, most tips and help i found referes to other posts. 

My hope is that someone with the right knowlege can write and post a instruction containing the right comunication set parameters for the drive and the starter program, aswell as the pinout configuration between the serial port on the pc and ports on the drive.

Hello. I am using a USB/RS485 adapter to connect to mm440. No problem. In parameter P2010 you just need to select the correct speed (I have 9600 baud)

what interface did you use to connect? i assume USS?

tried  0700 = 4/5 1000 = 4/5 2010 = 6 (9600) but still no luck.....

got a usb to rs232 converter connected to a Expert EX9520 rs232 to rs485, set to com 1, data +/- to 29 and 30 but dont even get any kind of response.....

any tips guys?
