Hi every body there..

i have micro master 440 connected to plc siemens step 7 through profibus communication. currently i have alarm om plc screen vfd fault and when i checked the vdf its indicate fault F0001 ONCE POWER avaiable on vdf 

i switch off power to reset and fault reset once power on fault become active again 

i follow manual F0001 is over current or earth fault so i remove motor terminal and measure its resistance 6 ohm for three phases identical and with ground r=Mega OHM so no earth

without motor connection and vdf powered fault is active and not able to reset

the vfd has BOP screen so i need to verify the fault reason first? how

secand in case of vfd fauliar  how to copy parametres from old and dowen load it to new vfd?

due to profibus communication will be afftected with replacement like vfd adress ?  or vfd parameters dowenload is enough for adjust communications ?
