Dear sir,

I have mm440 having capacity of 110kw i have done quick commissioning properly but when i apply 10v  reference drive frequency not increasing above 25hz.

I have programmed it for  60hz. In parameter P1180-0, P1182-60hz,P2000-60hz but still drive frequency not increasing to 60hz. Drive dip switch is set correctly for 0 to 10v.

Motor is 88kw and full load amp is 176A.

Can anyone tell me why this is happening????

dip switches correct 0-10Volts, yes?

P2000 = 60Hz

Analogue input to terminals 3 & 4, is this potentiometer or reference Voltage?

Check the following:

r0752:0 = showing 0/10V range

r0754:0= 0/100%

P1000 = 2, analogue setpoint.

refer to Function diagrams 2200 &2300 for analogue for setpoint

I am using potentiometer for speed ref. so i have used terminal 1,2,and 3.

Do you have a wire link terminals 3 to 4?

This provides the reference for the 0/10Volt analogue.

In summary

The potentiometer is connected.

The drawing for analogue input fails to show any failure of the analogue signal.

To save time I would:

Factory default the drive; knowing that at 'default' the settings would be correct for the potentiometer analogue input, and run to 50Hz at 10 Volt input.

Test run the drive with digital input to terminal 5, without making any configuration settings.

Assuming the device functions correctly, re commission the application again.
