Webux cannot access the Runtime after a few days using

Hi everyone,

The problem I'm facing is that my Webux, after a few days of use, cannot connect to Runtime (error as shown in the picture below). The way I handle it is by restarting the computer, running the runtime file again, and Webux reconnects. This method is very inconvenient and not acceptable to the customer. Has anyone met a similar situation? Please guide me how to fix it.

We have the same prolbem and contact Support request team. The problem solved on version WinCC v7.5 SP2 Update 18.
