How can I run a .bat file from runtime ?

What syntax sould I use in vbscript ?
What syntax should I put when calling directly from button Press/Release events.
Does it work with .bat files placed in folders that have spaces within (Example /Storage Card USB) ?

In the StartProgram help it is mentioned that
Program parameters
The parameters you transfer at the start of the program, for example a file that is opened after the start of the program.
The description of the necessary parameters is found in the documentation of the program to be started.

But where is the documentation of the CMD program ? it is simply >help command ?

I want to be able to run a batch file using function arguments, like for example renaming a file
@echo off
REM Usage: rename_file.bat old_filename new_filename
ren %1 %2

- TIA Portal Version: WinCC Professional, Version V16 Update 8
- I use WinCC Professional Runtime 
- I use the TP1200 comfort panel
