I'm working inside this virtual labhttps://vlab.siemens.cloud/attend-workshop/details/advanced/246made for the Mendix Academy training “Build your Industrial Edge App”. I'm stuck on this point where I'm supposed to install the Databus Configurator at the last step of Edge Management 2.4.2 (https://academy.mendix.com/link/modules/638/lectures/4942/2.4.2-Install-Applications-to-Devices). I don't see this Databus Configurator in the Catalog.

I thought I'd just install the two things I do see, but didn't help, cause in the next step 2.4.3 (https://academy.mendix.com/link/modules/638/lectures/4943/2.4.3-Configure-Databus) when Launch the app, I see nothing.

And I'm not the only one. I see in the Mendix Forum other people have the same problem. Apparently something has been changed in Industrial Edge and this is not the way you install the Databus Configurator any more. You need the new UI for the IEM which is not available in the Virtual Lab. I only managed to activate the new UI in the Devices overview page using a button I found on the bottom-right corner of that page. But that doesn't affect any other pages and that button is visible only in this page, which is not the one I need.

All the other screens/pages of the IEM are the old UI, so I can't follow the suggestions people give in the forum posts below to install the Databus Configurator:

But I suspect the new UI is somewhere there, cause is see a “/iem-ui/” in the URL of the Devices page with the new UI. I believe I just need the URL of the new UI Applications Manager.

Anyone who can navigate to the Applications Manager in the new UI as suggested in the post below and give me the URL of the new Applications Manager?

[sorry the new Siemens Forum UI couldn't handle my printscreens so I trashed them and switched to old forum UI otherwise it didn't let me post this. But you'll find the most useful printsceens on the first Mendix Forum post I citate]

Databus Configurator cannot be installed in Application Manager anymore. To do so, please switch to new IEM UI in bottom left corner “Discover new experience”. You need to click on it twice - first to open the confirmation pop-up window and then to confirm it. After this step, please follow the steps in screenshot below.

As I've already said, I read this suggestion in the Mendix forum, but there is no such button in my screens. There is only one button at the Devices pages  (and actually on the bottom-RIGHT corner), I used it, but it changes only the Devices pages. All the rest of the UI stays in the old version.

If you want to help me please provide the URL of the page in your printscreen (Applications management).

No Applications Management in the Navigation menu of the new UI either. 

And clicking on any of them brings me back to the old UI. Although Devices stays in the new UI.
