My LOGO! Soft Comfort shall run on MAC OS Monterey 12.7.6 but it isn't.

The actual version ist LOGO! Soft Comfort 8.2 but neither the origin software nore the upgrade 8.4 is running on my MAC. There is no idea why not.

Could you help me solving this problem?

The LSC V8.2.1 help documentation states the following:

There's no mention of OS Monterey 12.7.6.

The LSC V8.4.1 help documentation states the following:

There's also no mention of OS Monterey 12.7.6.

That means Siemens has made no tests with OS Monterey 12.7.6.

LSC is a Java application it means the user need to make sure there is Java JRE is compatible to the OS you are running. Monterey could ONLY running 64bit application. It means your Java JRE need to be 64-bit.  Older LSC use JRE version 8 it means JRE 8 and JRE 11 is not compatible to each other. If Siemens decide to only support JRE version 11 for the latest version of LSC. It means to be able to run older software on the same machine you need to have other JRE on that machine. You also need knowledge how to switch JRE between the application (in macOS you have a default JRE).

O.K., understood! I‘m not familiar with that items but I‘m going to get help to change the Java Version.
