Communication of S7 400 R system with S7 400 H System

Dear all,
I need a help from you regarding communication options between S7 400R system and S7 400 H system.

I want to know the various possiblities to make this communication happen on any platform or Protocol.

Your suggestions are welcome with regards to
1. Profibus communication
2. Indudtrial ethernet communication

Please give me any solution if existing or any of the wildest thoughts which you guys can think of!!Who knows any of those thoughts might work out!!
