Hello deepak; Most of the infdormation you are looking for is available in the following manual: SIMATIC Fault-tolerant systems S7-400H -technical data of the CPU 412-3H: Chapter 17 -details on how to connect the CPUs together:Ch 3.3, p. 29: The basic S7-400H system, sections on Synchronization modules and Fiber optic cables. -power supply redudndancy: Chapter 3.3, p. 28and the following links: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/23431421 or Parallel connection of same type of power supplies for redundant operation -I/O redundancy, chapter 10, also Redundant I/Os with S7-400H systems -Fieldbus redundancy: chapter 7 (Profibus-DP) and Chapter 11 (Communictaions) Also look at the attached document on Y-Link for connection of non-redundant Profibus slaves to S7-400H redundant Profibus masters.
