Sinamics S120 - CU320PN /Smart Line Module/Line contactor control (X21.1 DO, Ready)

DOMS Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Problem; energizing line contactor control (Function diagram 8832) S2 --> S3a Infeed ready signal p0864 (r0863.0) doesn't appear on DI input CU320pn. When booting the Smart Line Module it doesn't set Signal "DO, Ready" (X21.1). As discribed in the function diagram 2610 this is necessary energize the line contactor. Checkback: Line module ready The signal switches to high level when the following conditionshave been met Electronics power supply (X24) ok = OK DC link is pre-charged How do I check this? Pulses is enabled (X21.3/.4) = OK No overtemprature = OK No overcurrent switch off = OK The signal "DO,warning It" (X21.2). is high meaning no pre-warning, so wiring seems ok. Applied a jumper between X22.1 and X22.2 (= connection example pg 2/70"Sinamics S120 Line Modules and line-side components")*

DOMS Posts: 2 Rating: (0)	Dear Barlera, Thanks for you're reply. I've done as described, the problem seems to occure before the BICO interconnections. After start-up de Smart Line Module does not set DO,Ready ( terminal X21.1measured0V). This means the terminal X122.9 (set as DI) does not recieve a logical high signal (24V). Tom Doms
