On the value "PV_IN" you have to define a REAL, you can do that with the block FC105 "SCALE" from the "Libraries" --> "Standard Library" --> "TI-S7 Converting Blocks". CALL "SCALE" IN :=128 HI_LIM :=1.000000e+002 LO_LIM :=0.000000e+000 BIPOLAR:=FALSE RET_VAL:=#RetVal OUT :="DB_TCONT_CP".PV_IN With F1 you can read what the parameters mean. This block scale the value you read in from PIW128 which is then between 4 and 20mA will be scaled between 0 and 100 and put directly to the Process Value of the PID.
