How to fix F-DO redundant module in S7-400H got "lost redundancy Ch xx" at system alarm ?

Dear Expert,
I am using redundant of 6ES7326-2BF01-0AB0 in S7-400H, and got error message telling "Lost Redundancy Channel 01, 02...09".
When I open diagnostic buffer, it is written "wire break" (no time stamp, because hardware module version).
Do signal it self is good (valve working properly), but the alarm message is flooding my alarm history. (see the attachment).

Is anyone know, what is the cause and how to fix it ?

To get the module back alive you have to depassivate it, that is only possible if the connections are ok. Please look carefully if the valves are connected as proposed as in the handbook.

The DO module, the pre-fabricated cable or the MTA. Because only "wire break" message coming at the DO diagnostic buffer. Is it real problem or just a unnecessary alarm. ? Salam YB-Bontang

When the F-DO module passivative the system will do re-checking every minute and it will generate system alarms. So the alarm are annoying me. I want to fix it, but no real/clear information coming from Simatic manager. Is there anybody can give me some advice, how to find the root cause of problem ? Because all conection are OK. The cable are "pre-fabricated" cable, so there are minimum human/hardware error. Is anybody have similar problem like we have ?? YB-Bontang.
