Old CP443 New CPUs

Dear Experts,

I have a pair of Fault Tolerant Racks working with CP443-1 [6GK7 443-1EX11-0XE0]. I would like to replace the CPUs [new CPU 6ES7-414-5HM06-0AB0) but keep the old CPs. I tried that in Step7 and it did not complain.

Do you think that a configuration like that would work?

Is there a case that Step7 accepts a faulty configuration?

What is MLFB number of old CPU? 

What do you mean by 'I tried that in Step7 and it did not complain.'?

If both CPU bundle have same MLFB number, there should not be problem. However the knob at the rear side of one CPU must be set to master and second as slave.
