S5 to S7 Migration

I am searching for S5 135 to S7 400 I/O card adapters for example :

6EZ2014-8UG07-0EU36

Does anyone know if Siemens make them anymore.

I remember these adapters were not part of Siemens standard catalog.

However, I think you can still order them but you have to contact your local Siemens office to get more information or contact directly with the guys mentioned in 3rd page  .

There are two other alternatives that you may look at.

1- Phoenix Contact (Retrofitting and modernization components) 

2- A japanese company called Eifer.

You can have a look at their work in their youtube channel.
