CPU 416H problem downloading project

Hello, I've a problem with a 416H cpu: the cpu is the rack#1 cpu in a H system.

If I try to start the link-up and update operation the CPU turn into stop mode and requests a memory reset. The same behaviour if I try to download the project from Step7 (download to CPU1).

I've done also a factory reset of the CPU but the situation is the same (see error buffer attached).

If Install the cpu in a different rack with a complete different HW configuration the CPU is able to go in RUN mode, so I think that the problem is not the cpu but the HW config of the project. This config however has been compiled and verified without any problem in STEP7 so I have no idea where could be the issue.

Any suggestion?

When you put the cpu in rack 1, do you remember to set the swith on the back of the cpu to rack 1?
