Hello Ikeilin; To program a S7-400 CPU (standard), you can choose either Step 7 classic (v 5.6, latest version) or Step 7 TIA Portal Professional (now at v 15.1). https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/109758795 Editions
Note that is you are programming a S7-400H system (fault-tolerant CPUs in redundancy) you must still use Step 7 classic. There is no spport in TIA Portal for such CPUs. Hope this helps, Daniel Chartier |
