I am using COMProfibus v3.3, and downloaded .gsd file of IM 153-1 & put same inside C:\COMPB33\GSD.

Still Slave is not showing inside comprofibus software.

Please help to resolve same.

which revision of the gsd was downloaded?

GSD revision 5 will not work with com profibus for example.

PROFIBUS GSD files: ET 200S

 "The engineering tool used does not support GSD files with Revision 5, such as COM PROFIBUS"

Hi,

the GSD files has to be copied to COM PROFIBUS’s (...\gsd or ...\fmsgsd) directory.

Afterwards please use menu bar -> file -> read gsd files. Afterwards the GSD should work.

You can also read this in the manual:

COM PROFIBUS

But as i can see, that you use GSD-files with DPV1 function. I'm not sure 100percent, but i assume that com profibus does not support this.

You can also try an older GSD file from the same source, there are several versions available.

I tried with all 3 available gsd file, but still unable to find 6ES7153-1AA03-0XB0 station under ET 200M family.

This gsd-file installed well, find it in IO-family, not in ET200M.
