Got stuck with a SINAMICS warning No. 1699

Hope you are well

I got stuck with a SINAMICS warning No. 1699 -  test stop for STO required, and I see the initial time of reset elapsed. would you please assisting me with STO resetting process? Is Acceptance process required? is so, how to do acceptance?

I found out STO should be select/deselect but dont know how. I have attached a photo for your reference.

Hi,

it just says you need to do a test stop because the time in p9659 is exceeded. This is a test stop required by the standards. So just push the emergency stop button for example, release it and switch on the drive again. Then the message will be gone. You will get the message again when the time is exceeded - the time is reset after each emergency stop. 

An acceptance test is NOT required in that case.

The longest period of possible time between test stops is 1 year. Could be less (e.g. 1 day, 1 week, 1 month,...) depending on the risk minimization measures.

Thanks for your response.

First I did push the E-Stop but it did not help. The warning was still persist.

Then I went through the drive parameter via STARTER. I changed with p0010 value to 95, and checked r9772.0 ,r9872.0 (STO deselect and inactive). Now drive is showing no active warning and all clear, but the problem is that PLC still is showing the signal from drive side. I think i should select/deselect STO through ProfiSafe.
