25050 - contour monitoring 

25201 & 250202 - Axis waiting for drive and Axis waiting for drive

207900 - Drive: Motor locked/speed controller at its limit

Chances are there could be fault in the spindle module  or mechanical of spindle is loaded / blocked may be you need to recheck this.

Looking at the attached photos it clearly indicates the problem with encoder which is connected and this need to be rectified for making it working.

When starting the spindle, the motor makes one revolution and stops in error 25050,25201, 207900,  25202 end 510306.

If i understand spindle is removed can you move this motor in JOG mode or rotate spindle motor shaft and see in screen are getting any feedback.

Said Encoder look like L&B encoder if you have you can replace and check but i believe this have geared wheels and marking for the positing and this has to be taken care if you are replacing it with new one. Also i observe on the black connector polluted too.

Kindly check the motor winding and insulation are proper.

On the mechanical part, everything rotates freely. Please tell me how to check the encoder for performance in not. Is it possible to order the same encoder from you? what is required of me ?

spindle motor can be test without encoder , it is easy by 611U a little more hard by 611D+840D, 

test motor make sure motor itself is good, then enable encoder

From the picture, I see you encoder reader head is defective, or not adjusted well.

order a new read head, in the packing box there will be a plastic filler gauged or aluminum fitting  and installation  instruction. 

You can try to adjust until no alarm 25050

Are you are replacing this 1:1 L&B encoder right? you can make marking of defective encoder before removing and replace with the new one and adjust position manually and see any alarms are there in screen.

you can also see the L&B website  https://www.lenord.de/en/products/minicoder . What type you are using.

Thanks for the tips. We are also inclined that the problem is with the encoder. Are there any recommendations for setting the sensor itself? What are the gaps? Maybe there is a guide to install and test it for performance?
