We got a problem.

When we join in windows with melih(windows user) user; Webnavigator staying  Wincc Web Navigator page and do nothing.

But we cahange windows user(etc taha) in same computer every thing is normal, webnavigator still working.

can you help us for this situation

check that both windows users have the same usergroup memberships, permissions, internet options settings, activeX, … (all described in the install documentation)
