S7WinPro is hanging and not responding.

I tried all methods including changing language to chines from control panel but when uploading programming block it goes to 100% , S7WinPro is hanging and not responding. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from Trying to upload from S7-200 CPU 224 CN at 100% progress the MICRO/WIN close.
