CP243-1 show system error when power is failure

I use CPU226 connect with CP-243-1.CP-243-1 will show SF ( red,flashes). whenpower is failure or off circuit.SF lamp is off whenI download step7-microwin/32 program again.Why does cp-243-1 show SF lampwhenpower is failure oroff circuit braker ?
