I am facing one problem of wrong indication on graphics ,when disconnecting and again connecting the RTD , it shows correct temperature. what may be the issue ? Please share your views.

RTD's (Pt100) does NOT use a (cold junction) reference junction.   Only thermocouples use a (cold junction) reference junction.

I don't know what effect the selection of group 0 means in combination with an RTD configuration, but if you have problems with the RTDs, then it might be an issue with misconfiguring an RTD to use a reference channel

where did you check the temperature value?

Please monitor the unprocessed input value in the channel of the analog input directly. If this value is not drifting, there is an issue in the processing of the input value maybe due to calculations.
