From your screenshot, the DBs are taking up over half your work memory. Check if you can reduce the size of the DBs.

Please also post the TIA version, CPU MLFB, and CPU FW version.

If it is safe to do so, you might try resetting the CPU to factory defaults and then downloading. That is not a final solution but might get you working in the meantime.
