 You can find the cause from the PLC's diagnostics buffer. Go online to the PLC and look from the Diagnostics buffer.

Hi,

Performing a backup from an online device is only possible in STOP mode. See the manual for more information. As far as I know, this is related to backing up all internal memory, which will change some of its state in RUN mode.
