Error image attached. "Application CCSystemDiagnosticsHost.exe could not establish a connection to the WinCC license server, Make sure that the WinCC license server is running and that the application was exited correctly the last time you closed the project." I solved that with a crazy way.In simatic shell setting I selected a network card that had IP. That was very crazy, there wasn’t relation between error and solution.
