I  am also having the same problem as Thai_DHID, The done pin of the block
Modbus_comm_load is not true, I followed the steps as you, got
status is 16#7001 and 16#7000, CPU is using 1200G2 Ac/Dc/RLy ver 1.0.1, module cM1241 rs232/422/485.
Please help me evaluate this error, PLC S7 1200 g1 I can still read but G2 cannot read

To capture the error value you should rather do in network 4:

---||---[MOVE]

with the contact being the modbus_comm_load_db.error bit. It only activates for one cycle so no edge bit is necessary.

edit: the DONE bit is only active for one cycle too, so you might want to SET some other bit with it to see if it actually completes or not

Have you ever done modbu RTU with PLC S7 1200 G2 with CM1241? I use PLC 1200g1 and can still read partner data.
